The Conference Program Committee welcomes proposals on any topic related to developmental education. Proposals should, however, be grounded in research or represent completed or ongoing evaluation or research. Appropriate proposals might include reports of program activities based on research and theory, reviews of assessment instruments and techniques, results from master's theses or doctoral dissertations, reports of ongoing program evaluation, reviews of literature, models for evaluation, summaries and analyses of state or local data collection activities, or research-based theories or models appropriate to developmental education. Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes in length.

2. Abstract: Describe your session in a 250-word (4000 characters) abstract. Include (a) objectives, (b) research methods, (c) results, and (d) implications for improved practices in developmental education.
3. Teaching plan for session: Describe how you will carry out the session and the teaching methods you will use. Bear in mind the importance of active engagement of the participants at your session.
4. Summary: Write a summary of your presentation (minimum 30 words, maximum 50 words). If your proposal is accepted, this summary will appear in the conference program.
